Nouvel écran d'acceuil

Biings: refreshed home screen

L'écran d'acceuil a été complément revu de manière à toujours afficher ce à quoi vous avez accès – mon équipe, général, mes organisations – ainsi que tous vos segments favoris, toujours réorganisables.

Le menu de changements de segment est aussi maintenant directement accessible ausitôt que vous vous connectez à Biings.

Nouvel indicateur de Turn-Over

Biings: turnover indicator

Pour continuer à vous aider à mieux comprendre la santé de votre organisation, le prochain indicateur de durabilité est arrivé : le Turn-over !

En complément à l'analyse de l'absenteisme, vous pouvez désormais obtenir une indication précise du turn-over (ou rotation de l'emploi) de votre organisation. Comme cela fait partie du rapport principal, les mêmes options de filtrage sont possibles, ce qui vous permet de comprendre quel groupe a le taux de rotation le plus élevé ou le plus bas.

Nouvel Assistant-RH

Biings: HR assistant

La révision des tâches dans Biings est désormais plus rapide et plus complète avec le nouveau panneau latéral d'assistance RH.

Les notifications et alertes sont désormais regroupées par types. Chaque notification de workflow obtient sa propre illustration et recommandation de pratique (par ex: comment effectuer un Entretien de retour).

Amélioration de la gestion des accès utilisateur

Biings: improved user access

En plus d'un nouveau look, vous pouvez désormais facilement naviguer entre la liste des rôles et celle des utilisateurs.

La liste des utilisateurs peut être trier en un clic et permet d'identifier rapidement vos administrateurs (ceux avec une couronne) ainsi que les accès expirés.

Toutes les options de gestion d'un utilisateur sont maintenant regroupées dans un seul menu déroulant (•••).

Performance des workflows

Biings

Les workflows préventifs Biings sont au cœur d'une bonne politique de gestion des absences et aident les managers à rester informés sur leur équipe et sur les actions à mener. Désormais, Biings vous permet de voir combien de réunions de suivi sont effectuées en continu dans votre organisation. Comme cela fait partie du rapport d'analyse, vous pouvez les surveiller pour n'importe lequel de vos segments actuels ou nouveaux.

Lier une déclaration à une absence

Biings: Link absence with to a claim

Auparavant, Biings traitait les déclarations et les absences comme deux informations distinctes. Désormais, Biings est en mesure de lier explicitement une période d'incapacité (c'est-à-dire une absence) à une déclaration afin d'apporter des informations plus contextuelles dans la page d'aperçu du cas.

Marquer un certificat médical comme Envoyé

Biings: Mark MC as Sent

Possibilité de marquer un certificat médical comme Envoyé. Cela aide à garder Biings en phase avec la réalité car les certificats médicaux sont parfois envoyés manuellement à l'assurance (par exemple par e-mail).

Droit d'accès spécial indemnités

Un nouveau droit d'accès permet désormais aux utilisateurs de voir, d'ajouter et de modifier des indemnités.

Nouvelle possibilité de trouver une personne en fonction de sa date de naissance. De même, en copiant-collant un numéro de sinistre dans le champ de recherche principal, vous trouverez directement la personne correspondante.

Marquer une déclaration comme Rejetée

Biings: reject claim option

Vous pouvez désormais marquer une déclaration comme rejetée lorsque l'assurance ne l'a pas acceptée. La déclaration est toujours accessible depuis les archives mais n'apparaîtra pas comme "ouverte".

Nouveau cycle de mise à jour 🔁

Début 2021 nous avons décidé de changer la façon dont nous vous apportons de nouvelles fonctionnalités.

À partir de février 2021, nous mettrons Biings à jour tous les deux mois. Chaque mise à jour comprendra de nouvelles fonctionnalités, grandes ou petites, ainsi que les améliorations habituelles de performance et de sécurité.

Nous vous tiendrons informés ici afin que vous puissiez garder le fil et ne manquiez aucune nouveauté.

In 2011 we started thinking about a new kind of absence management software that would put social climat and people first.
