Keep using your current HR softwares

Employees' details and absences continue to be managed in their respective softwares. No duplicate entries! Biings retrieve all data and applies its analysis and monitoring functionalities.

Work on the correct data set

Every night Biings synchronizes with your HR data and stays updated, but it doesn't stop there. An additional process is applied on absence data in order to reconnect absences that are actually part of the same case. We call this "consolidation" and it enables a much more accurate cases analysis by removing potential input bias.

Enable your occupational health policy

Based on your current HR data, enable Biings' preventive workflows and analysis features and start deploying your occupational health policy. This can be done progressively or all at once, you decide!
